The Treasure Of Life

A duel of the sword, a lost soul neither side can afford to lose. A battle filled with blood, destroying everything that they could, as if that makes matters better. A war never ended by peace, as their hate for the other side does nothing but increase our fear of what we can't understand: death. It is inevitable, and we all must one day face that which we pray we avoid for as long as possible. Why delay the crossing into the void? Because we are attached to this temporary existence, or we are afraid of what we might face at our end? In an instant, our entire being can be snatched away, and the next thing you know, we're in a grave somewhere. We should cherish each and every moment we have. You never know when it can be taken from you. Live life to the fullest, learn from your mistakes quickly, lest you live forever in regrets and misery. Learn to find happiness in simplicity, else you will lose yourself to material possessions and lose your soul to evil. Be proud of who you are, but never forget where you came from, or that God created you to serve and worship him alone. Never lose sight of him during your quest to achieve your destiny. Don't forget his son either, for he gave his life for ours, so that we may be forgiven of our sins.
